Exams which can give you a government job

Hello Students!

Do you intend to enter into any government job/service? Then it is better to have an initial idea about the different jobs that are available and the different exams you are required to give in order to get that job.

There are various genres of posts, each having a certain kind of job with certain advantages and disadvantages. It is completely dependent on the person and his passion. One person may like a job while others may not. Hence we will not rank the jobs but will try to categorize them in different genres.

First, we will divide the types of jobs available based on the qualification required for the job.

  • Jobs for the Higher secondary level (10+2): I think, this is the minimum education that must be taken before searching or preparing for any job.
  • Jobs for graduate level: This is the most diverse field and there are many types of jobs at the graduate level. Hence I suggest that if a person is financially stable then he must complete the graduation after higher secondary.
  • Jobs for Diploma holders: There are various kinds of Diploma courses one can take after either 10th or 12th. There is a huge vacancy for diploma holders every year.

  • Jobs for Engineers ( B.E / B.Tech): There are many students who go for engineering after their 12th boards. But there are very few students who get campus placements. Even those who are recruited by private firms are not satisfied with their jobs due to poor working hours or minimal wage. Hence government job is a very good opportunity for them to get a stable job with handsome package.
